Travel, flights and accommodation are arranged and covered by the host.
A non-refundable deposit confirms all travel engagements.
Bookings require advance notice — typically two weeks or more for international travel.
References or screening may be requested for first-time hosts. Discretion runs both ways.
Minimum engagement durations apply to long-haul destinations; details on request.
